General conditions
All occurrences that involve exchange or return and refund must be made within a period of up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the delivery date, and must be communicated to our email: . Inohomes Store is exempt from the obligation to respond to requests for exchange or return of any product returned without being communicated, after the deadline or with the absence of accompanying elements/accessories.
Refund of the amount paid
The Store will refund the amounts paid using the same payment method chosen in the purchase process.
The refund period depends on the card administrator. If the return is only for part of the order, the return will be made by bank transfer to the buyer's account only (according to the rules below).
For purchases paid with a bank receipt, the refund will be made by bank transfer, within 10 (ten) business days, only to the buyer's current account, which must be individual.
It is necessary that the current account holder's document be the same as that which appears in the order (customer document). If the buyer does not have a checking account that meets the previous conditions, the deposit or transfer will be made to the checking account of his or her father or mother.
The refund of amounts will be processed only after receipt and analysis of the product(s) at the Distribution Center.

4 – I made an exchange request and I would like to know how long it will take to receive my new product.
As soon as we receive your order, we will start a new delivery process. Thus, the terms of a new purchase will be valid, in this case, from 20 to 45 days. You will also receive a new tracking code to track your order.
5 – I received the product, but ended up missing the exchange deadline. Can I still make the change?
Unfortunately no. As we make the exchange period explicit, we cannot carry out the exchange after the already established period. Your purchase, after fourteen days from receipt, will no longer be available in our system. That is why we recommend that you check the product at the time of purchase, thus facilitating the possibility of exchange.
6 – I didn't really like my purchase, but I saw another product on the website that I really liked. Can I exchange for another product?
Yes you can. If your purchase meets the requirements indicated in “01”, just send an email to our Customer Service to request the change. When requesting the exchange, send by email the link of the chosen product, informing the color and size of the piece. If the product has a higher value than the original, we will send the additional charge by the operator CloudFox. If the amount is lower, we will also refund the amounts through the CloudFox operator.
IMPORTANT: For this type of exchange, the costs of shipping the product to our distribution center will be borne by the Customer. The Store undertakes to take charge of the exchange costs when this is made due to defect or damage to the product received.
7 – I want to request a change, but I have changed my address. Can I change to receive the change at the new address?
Yes, you can, but keep some conditions in mind. You must report this change at the time you request the exchange. That way we will change the address with your new information.
8 – I want to request a cancellation, but the merchandise has already been shipped?
Yes, you can, but when the merchandise arrives at your home, you must refuse to receive the product! The merchandise will return to our stock and we will refund the amount once the product reaches our warehouse.
